At Wow Now Cleaning, we’re passionate about our work and strive to provide exceptional cleaning services to our customers. However, to maintain the highest standards of quality, there are certain limitations to our services:
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any service for any reason. Discriminatory behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of service.
- Staff Health: Our staff’s health is our priority. They are not allowed to perform tasks that may jeopardize their well-being, including climbing heights beyond a three-step ladder, moving heavy furniture alone, cleaning biohazard substances, handling insect-infested areas, or dealing with mold.
- Pet Safety: While we take great care around pets, we are not liable for their health and safety. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pets’ well-being during our service.
- Damage Liability: We carry insurance for damages caused by our maids, but we are not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or items valued over $200 not disclosed during booking.
- Utilities: We require access to electricity and water during our service. If utilities are unavailable, we will reschedule the appointment.
- Home Condition: We can bring homes to a livable standard, but severe conditions may limit our cleaning capabilities. Additional fees may apply for extreme cases.
- Use of Photos and Videos: By using our services, you agree that we may use photographs and videos taken before, during, and after the cleaning process for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, posting on our website, social media platforms, and in other advertising materials.
- Cancellation Policy: Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling incur a 24-hour $60 fee, unless waived under specific circumstances.
- Staff Solicitation: Soliciting our staff for home-related services is prohibited. Violators may incur a $5,000 referral/training fee per hired employee.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wow Now Cleaning does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the cleaning services provided, including those performed by our team members. You understand and agree that the service is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and that you use it at your own risk. Wow Now Cleaning makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or be free of interruptions, delays, or errors. We strive to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction, but we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services.
